Once you reach out, send me your photo idea, date, time, location, and what you would like photographed. From there, I’ll review the details and send you a personalized quote based on your session. Once you approve the quote, we can schedule your session. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of the session. We’ll also go over any final details so everything is ready for the day of the shoot.

1. Do you travel for Athletes Games?

Yes! I do travel to athletes’ games for game-day photography. Locations that are more than 30 minutes away may have an additional travel fee, and the maximum distance I’m willing to travel is 1 hour from my location.

2. How Many photos does my athlete get?

I take as many photos as I can throughout the game and carefully select the best moments and shots. Athletes typically receive 25–35+ edited photos, with the possibility of receiving even more depending on the game and how many great moments are captured.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as possible. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but you may be able to reschedule your session to another available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any additional travel or scheduling fees will be discussed before confirming the new date.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! Digital photos are included with your session. Once your photos are edited, you’ll receive a private online gallery link with your images, sent directly to you by text or email so you can easily view and download them.

5. How Do i book a session?

Ready to book? Head over to the Contact page and send me your session details, including the date, time, location, type of session, and what you’d like photographed. I’ll review your request, send you a personalized quote, and once the 50% non-refundable deposit is paid, your session will be officially scheduled.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes! You can absolutely request specific poses, shots, or ideas you have in mind. I’ll try my hardest to get the photos as close as possible to the way you want them, while also capturing my own creative shots throughout the session.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes! I usually arrive 30–45 minutes before the scheduled session at the designated location. This gives us time to meet, go over any last-minute details, and make sure everything is ready before we start shooting.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You can expect to receive your final edited photos within 2–5 days after your session. I’ll make sure each photo is carefully selected and edited before sending your private gallery link.
